On October 29, NOBA received a C- grade from the rating agency ISS ESG in its assessment of the bank's sustainability efforts. This rating positions NOBA in the top tier among Nordic and European specialist banks, highlighting that our high ambitions in sustainability are recognized externally.
We strive to enable financial health for more people. We can offer mortgages regardless of the applicant’s type of employment. We gather smaller loans into one to lower monthly payments. We provide flexibility and balance through one of the most popular credit cards in the Nordics. And we make sure people over 60 can stay in their homes longer.
NOBA offers tailored personal financial solutions and incorporates strong, responsible lending practices into our operations and throughout the customer journey. Together with financial health, responsible lending is our most important process and a prerequisite for practicing what we preach.
Our Responsible Marketing Policy outlines our dedication to promoting our products and services in line with our core values and ethical standards and is integral to our operations.
Through our own operations as well as our value chain, our business impacts the environment, society and people. We also acknowledge that we have to account for this impact on our business, and how it can generate financial risks as well as opportunities.
The instruction serves as the basis for ways of working with our climate commitments in a practical sense, and establishes key actions as well as mechanisms for monitoring and following up on internal compliance.
We measure our emissions in scope 1, 2 and 3 in order to fully understand our emissions and therefore also fully commit to reducing our emissions throughout our operations.
Our Sustainability Policy is the main document governing sustainability management at NOBA. The Sustainability Policy includes all of NOBA’s material sustainability matters and how these are governed.
